General Terms
- Acceptance of Terms: By using our website and booking our tours, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
- Booking and Payment: All bookings require a non-refundable deposit of 25% of the total tour cost. The remaining balance must be paid at least 30 days before the tour start date.
- Cancellation Policy: Cancellations made 30 days or more before the tour start date will receive a full refund minus the deposit. Cancellations made less than 30 days before the tour will not be refunded.
- Travel Insurance: We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to cover any unforeseen circumstances.
- Liability: Here Be Dragons Battambang is not responsible for any personal injury, loss, or damage to personal belongings during the tour.
